DIN And ISO Standards For Titanium Bolts

Ordering against a standard code removes most of the back-and-forth. These are the codes that come up most in our range.

DIN 912 — Socket Cap Head Screws

The hexagon socket cap head screw, the most widely used machine screw form. We produce it in both the standard cap head and a tapered head variant, with hex or Torx drive.

DIN 931 — Hexagon Head Bolts

The hexagon head bolt with a partially threaded shank. The plain shank section is what carries shear load in a fitted joint.

DIN 7991 — Countersunk Socket Screws

Hexagon or Torx socket countersunk head, for joints where the head must sit flush with the surface.

DIN 6921 — Hexagon Flange Screws

A hexagon head with an integral flange, so the bearing face is wider and no separate washer is needed. Common on engine and frame hardware.

DIN 6923, 6926 And 6927 — Flange And Lock Nuts

DIN 6923 is the plain hexagon flange nut. DIN 6926 adds a nylon insert for prevailing torque. DIN 6927 is the all-metal prevailing torque version, which suits higher temperatures where nylon would not survive.
