Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Xi'an Zhanwo Metal Material Co., Ltd produces titanium and titanium alloy parts in Xi'an, Shaanxi, with hot forging, CNC machining, turning, milling, rolled thread, laser marking, inspection and packing done for the order.
Which titanium grades do you use?
Commercially pure titanium (GR2) and titanium alloy (GR5, Ti-6Al-4V). The grade is stated on each product page where the original specification gives it.
What size range can you make?
Bolts and screws, nuts and washers from M3 to M64, and parts made to your own drawing or sample outside that range.
Which standards do you work to?
DIN, GB, ISO, JIS, BA and ANSI.
What colours are available?
Anodising in blue, purple, gold, green and rainbow, and PVD in black, gold, rainbow and burnt.
Can you make a part from my drawing?
Yes. Customised parts to your drawing or a sample are a normal part of our work — send the file or the sample and we will quote it.
Can you laser mark our logo on the parts?
Yes. Laser logo marking is part of our standard process.
Which markets do you supply?
Our products have been distributed to the United States, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Italy, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions.
What is the difference between GR2 and GR5?
GR2 is commercially pure titanium — softer, more ductile and very corrosion resistant. GR5 is Ti-6Al-4V alloy, considerably stronger, and it is the usual choice for load-carrying fasteners.
Do anodised colours wear off?
Anodising on titanium is a colour produced by an oxide layer rather than a paint, so it does not chip like a coating. It can change where a socket rubs it repeatedly.
Can you supply small trial quantities?
Send the quantity you need with the specification and we will quote it. Trial quantities are normal before a production order.
