Heavy Machined Parts
Cylinder heads, crankshafts, camshafts, differentials and steering racks are heavy and have machined surfaces that decide whether the part is usable. They are packed individually with the machined faces protected, not loose in a shared carton where they knock against each other through a six week sea voyage.
Light and Fast Moving References
Filters, pads, cables, levers and lighting parts are light and are packed in their own boxes inside a master carton. Flat items such as head gaskets are packed flat so the sealing beads are not creased. Mixed cartons are labelled to the order line so a warehouse can check them in without opening everything.
Neutral and Printed Packaging
Neutral packaging is the default, which suits traders and distributors who do not want a supplier's name on the shelf. Custom printed packaging is agreed and approved before packing begins, and approved artwork is kept on file for repeat orders.
Complete Vehicles
An ATV or a mining dumper ships with the vulnerable parts protected and the documentation prepared with the shipment. Spares are usually added to the same consignment so the first service does not depend on a second shipment.
Check Before Dispatch
Photographs of the packed goods sent before dispatch let the buyer confirm references and packing while the goods are still in the warehouse. It costs nothing and it is the last point at which a mistake is cheap to fix.
