Before You Write
Working Hours
We answer WhatsApp and email on Hong Kong time, Monday to Saturday. Messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
Shipping
Economy shipping by FedEx, DHL or a similar service is included in the price and a tracking number follows dispatch.
Custom Orders
Balls are produced at 6cm, 12.6cm, 20cm, 25cm and 30cm. For anything outside the published listings, write to us first.
A street address and map are not published here because we have not verified a public address for this site. Ask us and we will confirm the shipping origin in writing.
