Step by Step
Pick the Supply Voltage
Problem: The available supply decides more than the buyer expects
How it is handled: DGBL runs on 24V or 48V DC safety voltage, DGAC on 220V or 380V AC, and DGDD is a direct drive series
Set Power and Speed
Problem: A roller is ordered without stating the speed range needed
How it is handled: DGBL motor power is 40W or 80W with a speed adjusting range of 10% to 150% and standard AS or high power HAS models
Fix Roller Length
Problem: Roller length is taken from the old part rather than from the frame
How it is handled: Roller lengths from 220mm to 1500mm are built to the frame width being used
Choose the Surface
Problem: Surface finish is left to the supplier and then marks the product
How it is handled: Surfaces include X galvanized, G chrome plating, J NR coating, P PU coating, S3 SUS304 and S2 SUS201
Link the Idle Rollers
Problem: The driven roller turns but the rollers beside it do not
How it is handled: Single sprocket, double sprocket, poly V and O belt end caps transmit drive from the powered roller to the neighbouring rollers
