What does TIANCHIMED supply?
Personal protective equipment and medical devices. The published catalogue covers four examination glove lines — nitrile, powder-free nitrile, latex and vinyl — three grades of three-ply face mask, and a sterile stainless steel hypodermic needle. The about page also states the group supplies NIOSH-certified N95 masks, KN95 masks, surgical gloves and isolation gowns.
Who is behind the TIANCHIMED brand?
Chizhou Tianchi New Material Technology Co., Ltd., established in May 2019 with RMB 100 million registered capital. The group includes Guangzhou Honeyville (import and export), Anhui Ligma New Materials (trading) and five overseas entities including Global Base Development HK, GlobalX Technology and Watchtower PPE Supplies.
What is the production capacity?
The published figures are 10 million surgical face masks per day, 3 million N95 and KN95 masks per day, and 3 million nitrile examination gloves per day, stated as increasable on request. Two of the mask factories are owned by the group; the rest of the range comes through a network of Chinese PPE factories.
Do you hold stock outside China?
Yes. Three warehouses were set up in New York, Los Angeles and São Paulo. The wholesale page states that, unless otherwise noted, the glove lines it shows ship from US warehouses, and that goods can be sent into an FBA warehouse with a labelling service available.
Which certifications do the products carry?
It differs per line and is listed on each product page rather than pooled. Nitrile examination glove: FDA-510K, ASTM D6319, EN455. Powder-free nitrile: FDA listing. Latex: CE. Vinyl: FDA. Syringe needle: CE, FDA, ANVISA. Masks are published against YY 0469-2011, YY/T 0969-2013 and CE EN 14683 or EN 149:2001+A1:2009 depending on grade.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Not published. MOQ, pricing and lead time are quoted per project and per destination. Send the product, the quantity and the destination country and you will get all three together.
How quickly does the sales team respond?

Are non-NIOSH respirators such as KN95 allowed in the United States?
The old site answered this by quoting the FDA directly: during the COVID-19 pandemic the FDA concluded, based on the totality of available scientific evidence, that certain imported respirators that are not NIOSH-approved are appropriate to protect public health or safety. That position was tied to an emergency authorisation and should be re-checked against the current rules in your market before you buy on it.
What is an Emergency Use Authorization?
During a public health emergency the FDA can use its EUA authority to allow the use of unapproved medical products, or unapproved uses of approved products, to diagnose, treat or prevent serious or life-threatening disease — provided certain criteria are met, including that no adequate approved alternative is available.
How do I know the masks protect adequately?
The old site pointed to two routes. First, SGS was engaged as a third-party body to testify to the legality and conformity of the products — ask for the report by product line and date. Second, the CDC runs an International Respirator Assessment that evaluates imported respirators on request from agencies, employers and healthcare systems, and its conclusions have been used to remove suppliers that failed to hold their quality commitment.
Can PPE be reused?
In general no. Most PPE is designed to be used once by one person before disposal; some elastomeric respirators and protective eyewear are exceptions if properly decontaminated. Disposable PPE cannot be washed — washing changes its barrier capability and it may no longer be effective, while still looking intact.
Do I have to pay in full when I order?
The published answer is that each shipment is sent with the cargo value you have paid for. Payment terms beyond that were not published and are agreed per order.
Is there an enquiry form on this site?
No, deliberately. Every call to action opens WhatsApp or an email with the subject and the relevant fields already filled in, which reaches the sales team directly instead of landing in a form database that somebody then has to re-key.
