The track record
On 3 March 2020 the team won the Brazilian federal tender. Working with Brazilian and Hong Kong partners, Global Base delivered 200 million surgical masks and 40 million KN95 masks within thirty days — the award is recorded in the Diário Oficial da União.
Why a separate company
Public procurement runs on documentation, bid bonds and local presence rather than on catalogue pricing. GLOBALX is described as focusing on bidding for foreign government procurement projects, and the São Paulo branch and warehouse sit behind it.
What to send with a tender enquiry
The tender reference and closing date, the exact product standard the tender specifies, quantities and delivery milestones, the destination port, and any local registration the tender requires — ANVISA, for instance, on the Brazilian side.
