Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a stone factory in Xiamen. The company covers mining, block processing, modelling design and sales, and we hold our own import and export licence.
Which countries do you export to?
Our stone goes to more than 100 countries, mainly Europe, the USA, Southeast Asia and Taiwan, alongside the domestic Chinese market.
Can I order a mixed container of different stones?
Yes. Mixed containers are normal for importers. Send the list you want and we will confirm what fits in one container.
How is stone packed for shipment?
In seaworthy professional wooden crates, loaded at Xiamen.
What payment terms do you accept?
L/C or T/T. The terms for each order are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Can products be customised?
Yes. Size, thickness, finish and cut-to-size fabrication are all made to your request, and carved pieces are produced to drawing.
