How do we start?
Send the list, drawing or scope on WhatsApp or by email. We answer with what is possible against current blocks and stock before any deposit is discussed.
Who is my contact during production?
The same person who quotes the order follows it through production and loading, so you are not handed between departments.
What if the material is not right when it arrives?
That is what the pre-shipment photographs are for. Approval happens before crating, which is when a problem can still be fixed cheaply.
Can you repeat an order later?
We keep the order record, so a repeat batch can be matched against what you had before rather than against a name.
