A dimensioned drawing a CAD file a photograph or a hand sketch. WhatsApp and email both work.
Feasibility against the blocks
The factory checks the shape against block sizes and tells you what changes if anything. Wall thickness and rim profile are agreed here.
Quotation
Written price with weight crate size production time and sea freight time.
Block approval
Photographs of the block and the cut face before carving starts.
Carving and polishing
Coring shaping grinding and wet polishing with dimension checks against your drawing.
Water test and photographs
A fill test then final photographs for your approval.
Crating and documents
Fumigated crate on a forklift base with the shipping documents issued.

What file formats can I send
PDF DWG DXF JPG or a photograph of a hand sketch. Dimensions in millimetres or inches both work.
Do you charge for the drawing review
No. The review and the quotation are free. Send the drawing on WhatsApp or by email.
Can you copy a tub I have seen elsewhere
Send the photograph and the dimensions. The factory will tell you what it can carve from the blocks it has and where the shape has to change.
How is the deposit handled
The usual terms are T/T with a deposit and the balance against the shipping documents. L/C credit card and Paypal are also accepted.
