What is the minimum order
One piece for every model in the range.
Are the tubs carved from one block or assembled
Carved from one block. There is no bonded seam anywhere in the tub.
How much does a stone bathtub weigh
Typically 750 to 850 kilograms empty for a full size tub. Water and a bather add 200 to 300 kilograms more.
Can you make a size that is not in the catalogue
Yes. Every tub is carved to order. Send the dimensions or the opening the tub has to fit.
How long does production take
15 to 30 days depending on the order schedule at the factory.
How long is shipping
Sea freight is 15 to 40 days depending on the destination port.
What payment methods are accepted
T/T L/C credit or debit card and Paypal.
Do you supply matching basins and vanity tops
Yes. Basins vanity tops shower trays and toilets are made in the same workshop and can come from the same block run.
How do I know what the stone will look like
The factory photographs the block and the cut face and sends the images for approval before carving.
How is the tub packed
Foam and film then a fumigated wooden crate on a forklift base with the weight and lifting points marked.
Can you ship to my country
Tubs are shipped worldwide by sea. Give the destination port for the freight quotation.
What maintenance does a stone tub need
Rinse and wipe after use clean with a neutral product seal on schedule and keep acidic cleaners away.
Can a damaged surface be repaired
Yes. A stone restoration contractor can re polish the surface in place.
Do you visit sites
The showroom is in Perak, Malaysia and visits are welcome by arrangement. For overseas projects the factory works from drawings and photographs.
