An island hotel fitting out one hundred guest rooms with a stone bathtub in each bathroom.
Project challenge
A hundred tubs have to look like one hotel not like a hundred separate purchases. They also have to reach an island which means the crates and the delivery order matter as much as the carving.

The approach
- One block run reserved for the whole room count
- A prototype tub carved and approved before batch production

Manufacturing and supply chain
Carving polishing and testing ran as a batch in the workshop. Crating was staged so the containers matched the room handover schedule rather than arriving all at once.
Result
One hundred rooms fitted with stone tubs from the same material run. The footage the factory published shows the tubs in place in the finished rooms.
