Most trim complaints are not about the sample, they are about the difference between the sample and the bulk. This page sets out how that gap is controlled.
How This Works In Practice

Approved Sample
The sample you signed off is retained as the physical standard for the order. Colour and dimension are judged against it, not against a screen or a memory.
A retained physical standard is the only thing both sides can point at.

Colour Reference
Colour is matched against a physical swatch you supply. Where several trims sit on one garment, all of them are matched to the same swatch.
Matching trims to each other instead of to one reference is how a garment ends up with three near misses.

Dimensional Check
Width and length are checked against the sample, measured the same way the catalogue measures them, across the widest point of the design.
Two people measuring differently produces a dispute that was never about the goods.

Component Compliance
Where nickel free or lead and AZO free material was specified, the correct component is used from the start of the run.
Compliance is a material decision, not an inspection outcome.

Packing
Goods are packed in an OPP bag with a paper card, or in your customised pack with logo and hangtag, and cartoned for the route.
Retail ready packing removes a repacking step at your end.

Repeat Orders
The item code and the retained sample carry forward, so a repeat six months later is produced against the same reference.
Repeatability is the whole point of buying from a coded catalogue.

How do you stop shade drift between sample and bulk
The approved sample is retained as the physical standard and bulk is matched against it, with your own fabric swatch as the colour reference.
What if bulk does not match
Tell us immediately with photographs of the goods next to your retained sample. Both sides holding the same standard is what makes that conversation short.
Do you keep our sample after the order ships
The approved sample is kept as the reference for repeat orders against the same item code.
