Requirement
A ward requirement arrives as a list of items, not as a specification.
Send the list. We map each line to a catalogue item and flag where a size, configuration or sterility option does not exist so it can be resolved before the quote.
Specification Review
Items that look interchangeable are not: mesh, ply, balloon volume, chamber count and connector type all change the clinical fit.
Each line is confirmed against the specification that matters for that family, so a substitution is never made silently.
Certification Check
Different lines carry different certification, and a buyer needs to know which before the order not after.
CE and ISO apply across the range, with ISO 13485 on the endotracheal tube, tracheostomy tube and all silicone Foley catheter lines. The certification position is stated per line on the quote.
Carton Planning
Mixed orders load badly when carton sizes across families are not considered together.
Carton dimensions are published per product, so the mix can be planned to load the container rather than ship air.
