Every Stage And What Goes Wrong At It

Specification
A brand owner starts from a competitor sample or a tender document, not from a factory specification sheet.
Send the sample or the tender specification and we map it onto the closest item in the catalogue, then list what has to change to match it and what cannot be changed.
Artwork And Printing
Most suppliers will print a logo and nothing else, which is not enough to own a shelf position.
Printing covers tourniquet webbing, prep pad sachets, plaster designs, tape boxes, zinc oxide tins and cartons. Send artwork and we quote the printed item, not just a label.
Pack Format
A pack count that works in a hospital store does not work on a pharmacy shelf.
Box and carton counts are quoted against your channel. Plasters run 50, 75 or 100 pieces per box; tapes step box count with width; tourniquets ship flat, on a roll or in OPP bags.
Sampling
Committing to a minimum order before seeing the printed product is the risk that stops most programmes.
Request a sample against the confirmed specification before the production order. Sample requests go through WhatsApp or email.
Production And Documentation
An own-label programme fails at customs, not at the factory, if the documents do not match the goods.
CE and ISO documentation is issued against the confirmed specification, with ISO 13485 on the endotracheal tube, tracheostomy tube and all silicone Foley catheter lines.
Repeat Supply
The second shipment arriving different from the first is what loses a tender.
The confirmed specification is held for repeat orders, so mesh, ply, size, colour and pack count stay the same between shipments.
