What Goes Wrong Without It
- Buying the plate from one supplier and the machine from another leaves nobody responsible for the etch result. SGZ supplies all three parts of the process.
- A bath sized wrong for your plate wastes additive on every cycle. Ten capacities from 20 to 200 litres let you match the bath to your plate size.
- Uncontrolled bath temperature changes the etch rate from batch to batch. Temperature is set on the panel between 15 and 30 degrees C.
- One machine per metal is expensive. The BS machine handles zinc, copper and magnesium.

Use Guide
