Incoterms

We quote FOB or CIF. The price covers the vehicle, export licensing and domestic logistics to the departure port. Destination duties, taxes and local port charges are the buyer's.
Export Documents
Problem. Missing paperwork holds vehicles at customs.
Every shipment leaves with Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and Export Certificate. Embassy stamped documents are arranged on request.
Electric Vehicles
Problem. Battery vehicles have their own transport rules.
For electric units we follow international maritime dangerous goods requirements and hold the battery charge between thirty and fifty percent during transit.

We supply OEM spare parts, diagnostic tools and remote technical support, and our team has travelled to customer countries for on site after sales service.
