Other Furniture Buyer Questions
Are all other furniture made in your own factory?+
Yes. Cutting, bending, welding, glass processing, upholstery and packing are all done at our 20,000 square metre plant in Bazhou City, Hebei Province. We do not resell another factory's production under our item codes.
What is the minimum order quantity for other furniture?+
It depends on the model. Where our records hold a confirmed MOQ it is published on that model's page. For anything else, send the item code by WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the MOQ, carton quantity and loading quantity for that model.
Can you change the colour, cover or finish?+
Yes. We design new models and produce to customer request. Colour, cover material, frame finish and packing can all be set per order. Send a sample, a drawing or a reference photo and we will confirm what is feasible.
How are these packed for sea freight?+
Five layer carton with foam and PVC bags. Each product is checked by QC before loading. Carton quantity, gross weight and volume are published per model where our records hold them, so you can calculate container utilisation before ordering.
What are the payment terms and how long is production?+
30% T/T in advance with the balance against documents, or an L/C at sight. Delivery is within 30 days after we receive the advance payment or the L/C.
Which ports do you ship from?+
The plant is in Bazhou, between Beijing and Tianjin, and the company is registered in the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone. Tianjin is the normal loading port. Tell us your destination and we will quote accordingly.
