The Company
Are you a factory or a trading company?+
A factory. Production runs at our own 20,000 square metre plant in Bazhou City, Hebei Province, with a glass workshop, a steel welding, bending, cutting and packing workshop and a wooden workshop. Export contracts are handled by Tianjin Romance Import and Export Co., Ltd in the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone.
Why do older documents say LangFang Romance Furniture?+
That was the company's earlier trading name. Same factory, same production team, same item codes.
How big is the operation?+
Around 200 production workers plus 30 to 40 support staff, shipping 30 to 40 containers of furniture every month.
Which countries do you export to?+
20 countries across the Americas, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Products
What do you manufacture?+
Glass and metal furniture: dining tables, coffee tables, dining chairs in fabric, leather, plastic and metal, bar chairs, office chairs, metal beds, hot bent glass panels, TV units and PE rattan furniture.
How many models are available?+
1,557 item codes across twelve ranges are listed on this site. Older codes are kept in the catalogue so buyers holding historical documents can still find them.
Why do some products show a full specification and others only a photo?+
Where our records hold a confirmed size, material, carton quantity, weight, volume or loading quantity, that data is published exactly as recorded. Where they do not, we publish the photograph and item code alone rather than inventing a figure. Ask us and we will confirm current specification for any code.
Can you supply glass panels without the furniture?+
Yes. Hot bent and tempered panels are produced in our own glass workshop and are supplied as components to other furniture manufacturers and shopfitters.
Ordering
What are your payment terms?+
30% T/T in advance with the balance against documents, or an L/C at sight.
How long is production?+
Delivery within 30 days after we receive the advance payment or the L/C.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
It is set per model. Where our records hold a confirmed MOQ it is published on the product page. For anything else, send the item code and we will confirm.
Can I order a mixed container?+
Yes. Mixed containers across tables, chairs and coffee tables are routine, under one contract and one packing standard.
Do you use an enquiry form?+
No. Send your item list, drawings or photos by WhatsApp or email and you will be talking to the factory directly.
Shipping And Quality
How is the furniture packed?+
Five layer carton with foam and PVC bags, which is what protects glass tops, gloss surfaces and plated legs through stacking and inland delivery.
Is the goods inspected before shipping?+
Every product is checked by QC before loading. Third party inspection before loading can also be arranged.
Which port do you load from?+
Tianjin. The plant in Bazhou sits between Beijing and Tianjin with railway and expressway access, which keeps inland haulage short.
Can you give carton and container data before I order?+
Where our records hold them, carton quantity, gross weight, volume and 40HQ loading quantity are published on the product page. Otherwise ask us for the specific model.
