How Every Order Is Inspected Before It Ships
Every product is strictly inspected by our quality inspection department before it is packed, and the inspection points differ between a rolled canvas and a stretched one.
Quality control on canvas prints is not one check at the end. The print is checked for banding, streaking and colour before it goes to framing, the frame is checked for squareness and canvas tension after stretching, and the packed piece is checked again before it leaves.
Our products are made to meet the requirements of the European Union and United States markets, which is where most of our output is shipped. Specific certificate names and copies are provided on request for the product and market you are buying for.
The factory has dedicated office space, research equipment and technical workshops alongside the production lines, which is what supports consistency across a 30,000-piece month.

Inspection Points
Print inspection
Banding, streaking and colour against the reference, before framing.
Frame inspection
Squareness, canvas tension and staple line on the reverse.
Surface inspection
Marks, dust inclusions and edge finish on the gallery wrap.
Packing inspection
Correct design, size and quantity per carton, and packing condition.

- Faults are caught before framing, when the piece can still be reprinted cheaply.
