Giclee Canvas Printing In Our Own Workshops
All canvas printing happens on our own digital lines in Zhengzhou, which is what lets us hold a design to the same file and ink set between reorders.
Giclee printing is the process behind every canvas piece we ship. The artwork is printed directly onto coated canvas at high definition rather than being screened or transferred, which is what preserves fine detail such as crater edges on a lunar image or the line weight on an abstract portrait.
Because printing, framing and packing all happen in the same three workshops, a job does not pass through a subcontractor between stages. That matters most on reorders: the file, the substrate and the ink set stay fixed, so a piece printed months apart matches the first order.
The workshops produce around 30,000 pieces a month across canvas prints, glass art, oil painting, paper prints, photo frames and 3D panel decoration.
Process
How A Print Job Runs
File check at final size
The artwork is checked at the ordered size, because a file that looks sharp small can fall apart at 120 cm.
Substrate selection
Polyester or cotton, chosen for landed cost or hand-feel.
Giclee print run
Printed on our own digital lines, with sets scheduled together so tones match.
Surface check
Each print is checked for banding, streaking and colour before it moves to framing.

What resolution does my file need to be?
It depends on the final size. Send the file with the size you want and we will tell you the largest size it will support before we print.
Will a reorder match my first order?
Yes, provided the design, size and substrate are the same. We print from a fixed file and ink set per design.
Do you print designs I own the rights to?
Yes. We print customer-supplied artwork as well as designs from our own library.
