Tooling

How we handle it: Mould costs are quoted separately from the unit price, and the mould is stored for repeat runs

First Article

Problem: Bulk arrives different from the sample
How we handle it: Sample delivery takes 30 days and the approved first article becomes the reference for the bulk inspection

Packaging

Problem: Factory branding appears in the box at the end client
How we handle it: Private label polybags, hang cards and blind shipping documents, with no factory marks in the carton

Repeat Supply

Problem: Every repeat order restarts the whole process
How we handle it: Stored artwork, stored moulds and an approved first article mean a repeat order goes straight to production
