Where Orders Go Wrong And What We Do About It

Date First

Problem: Orders are placed on price and the launch date is discovered too late
How we handle it: We start from your in-market date and work backwards through freight, production and approval

Quotation

Problem: Freight cannot be quoted without carton data
How we handle it: Quotations carry carton quantity and weight, for example 250 pieces at 5 lbs or 1000 pieces at 20 lbs, so freight can be priced immediately

Approval Window

Problem: Proof approval slips and eats the production buffer
How we handle it: The production clock starts at approval, 5 days on the mini opener body and 10 days or less on slim bodies, so the approval date is agreed up front

Production

Problem: Split shipments arrive without warning and break a launch
How we handle it: One production batch per order unless you ask for staged delivery, and any split is agreed before production starts

Freight

Problem: Air freight is booked by default and destroys the budget
How we handle it: Delivery time is based on the shipping mode you choose, and we quote sea, air and courier against your date
