Why are there no direct PDF downloads
Documents are issued per model and per market, so we send the current version by email instead of leaving an outdated file on a download page.
How long does it take to receive documents
Ask by email with the model number and we reply during our working hours, Monday to Friday, GMT+8.
Can I get CAD files
CAD files are shared on request with the model number and the project they are for, not offered as an open download.
Do you supply images for our webshop
Yes. Tell us which models you list and we will send the product photography we hold.
Which document proves the approval
The approval certificate copy for that model. Request it before your first order so your customs broker has it in advance.
Ask for the Document Set You Need
Tell us the models you are quoting and the market they are going to, and we will send the specifications and the approval copies we hold.
