First sample
After details are confirmed the sample is made, usually in 5-7 working days. We photograph and film it during making, so you can comment on construction before the piece ships.
Revision rounds
If you ask for changes we revise the sample. There is no fixed limit on rounds, but each round adds roughly the same lead time again, which is why the first brief is worth getting right.
Quotation follows the sample
Accurate pricing needs a made piece. Fabric consumption, trim count and sewing minutes are only really known once someone has built one.
PP sample
Before bulk we make a pre-production sample against the final order sheet, to confirm measurements, embroidery, labels and every detail is exactly as agreed. This is the last checkpoint before fabric is cut in volume.
The approved sample becomes the standard
A correct sample made before production is kept and used again at final inspection as the physical reference. When there is a dispute about bulk quality, this is the piece it gets settled against.
Sample fees
US$35-150 per piece depending on complexity, refunded against a bulk order over 100 pieces of that design.
