OEM is the route most of our customers take. You send sketches, a design file or photos of a reference garment, and our team handles fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, sampling, grading, bulk production, inspection and shipping paperwork.
How The Process Runs
Six stages, with a physical piece approved before anything is cut in volume.
Send the design
Sketches, a tech pack, a design file or photos of a reference garment are all enough to start. We come back with questions on fabric, trims and technical requirements.
Fabric and trim sourcing
Guangzhou sits next to the largest fabric and trim market in the world. We send fabric photos and video so you can see and understand the base before it is bought.
Sample development
Samples take about 5-7 working days. We photograph and film them during making so you can comment before they ship.
Revision and approval
If anything needs changing we revise the sample. Nothing moves to bulk until you have approved a physical piece.
PP sample and bulk
After the deposit we buy fabric and make a pre-production sample against the final order sheet. Bulk runs 4-5 weeks.
Inspection and shipping
Four inspection stages, then we handle the shipping paperwork and arrange delivery to your door.
