We inspect at four points: incoming fabric, cut panels, in line sewing and final inspection. A correct sample is made before production and used again at final inspection as the reference. Our stated defect rate on inspected items is 0.2%.
How The Process Runs
Six stages, with a physical piece approved before anything is cut in volume.
Fabric inspection
Bulk fabric is checked against the cutting taken from the approved sample before it is spread.
Cut panel inspection
Cut panels are checked for shade, grain and shape before bundles go to the line.
In line inspection
Inspectors check pieces randomly during sewing so a fault is caught in tens of pieces, not hundreds.
Reference sample
A correct sample made before production sits with the final inspection team as the physical standard.
Final inspection
Completed bulk is inspected again before packing. Faulty pieces are mended or corrected before they reach the packing team.
Packing check
Branding, labels, folding and carton marking are checked as the order is packed.
