None of these are fabric problems. They are process problems, and they are the reason a brand ends up with stock it cannot sell.
Minimums That Force Overbuying
Most factories start at 300 or 500 pieces per style. We start at 50 pcs per design per colour, so you can test three styles for the cost of committing to one.
Samples That Take Months
Sample making runs about 5-7 working days. We photograph and film the piece during making so you can ask for changes before it even ships.
Bulk That Does Not Match The Sample
A correct sample made before production is kept and used again at final inspection as the physical standard, so the argument about bulk quality has an answer.

Send the design
Sketches, a tech pack, a design file or photos of a reference garment are all enough to start. We come back with questions on fabric, trims and technical requirements.
Fabric and trim sourcing
Guangzhou sits next to the largest fabric and trim market in the world. We send fabric photos and video so you can see and understand the base before it is bought.
Sample development
Samples take about 5-7 working days. We photograph and film them during making so you can comment before they ship.
Revision and approval
If anything needs changing we revise the sample. Nothing moves to bulk until you have approved a physical piece.
PP sample and bulk
After the deposit we buy fabric and make a pre-production sample against the final order sheet. Bulk runs 4-5 weeks.
Inspection and shipping
Four inspection stages, then we handle the shipping paperwork and arrange delivery to your door.

Four Inspections Before A Carton Is Sealed
Fabric, cut panels, in line sewing and final inspection. Our stated defect rate on inspected items is 0.2%.
When a bulk order is placed, a cutting of fabric and trims from the confirmed sample travels with the order sheet to the purchasing team and becomes the standard for checking bulk fabric. A correct sample made before production is kept and used again at final inspection.
We mend pieces and correct issues before products reach the packing department, because a faulty garment damages your brand's reputation rather than ours.

What You Need To Know Before You Start
What is your factory MOQ
50 pcs per design per colour, or per pattern. Small batch lets a new brand place a trial order and start selling without a large commitment.
What is your lead time
Sample making takes about 5-7 working days. Bulk production takes about 4-5 weeks. Urgent orders can be prioritised to ship earlier, and reorders take less time because development is already done.
How much does a sample cost
US$35-150 per piece depending on the complexity of the sample. When you place a bulk order over 100 pcs of that design, the corresponding sample fee is refunded.
What kind of clothing do you make
Yoga wear, swimwear, dresses, athleisure sets, blazers, skirts and puffer vests, among others. Our own range covers dresses and tailoring in depth.
Do you do OEM or ODM
Both. Our design team releases new ODM styles weekly for customers to choose from, and we can design exclusively for you. This team is separate and independent from the team working on in house designs for customers.
What fabrics do you work with
Knit and woven fabrics including RPET, Carvico, chiffon, satin and organic cotton. We source for quality, sustainability and cost together rather than one at a time.
How do you control quality
Four inspection stages: fabric inspection, cut panel inspection, in line inspection during sewing, and final inspection against the correct sample made before production. Our stated defect rate on inspected items is 0.2%.
