How does the VT303 detect fuel theft?
The VT303 connects to either a Capacity Fuel Sensor or an Ultrasonic Fuel Sensor. It constantly monitors fuel levels and instantly triggers a "Fuel Steal Alarm" or "Refill Notification" on the tracking platform if abnormal level drops are detected.
Does the VT303 support remote engine cutoff?
Yes. By connecting the integrated relay to the fuel pump or ACC power line, fleet managers can send a command via the App/SMS to safely remote stop or recover the car engine.
What happens if the vehicle enters an area with no cellular coverage?
The device comes with an onboard 64MB memory chip that automatically stores up to 30,000 offline location records. Once the GSM network is restored, all cached tracking data is uploaded to the server seamlessly.
