Each stage below names the thing that normally goes wrong at that point in a sourcing project, and what we do about it.

Packing Format

Problem: The packing decides carton count, and carton count decides freight per unit

How we handle it: Colour bag, blister and card or printed box quoted per model with the resulting carton count

Carton Specification

Problem: An unmeasured carton wastes container height on every layer

How we handle it: Carton dimensions published per model, from 47 x 45 x 33 cm on BS04 to 70.5 x 41 x 56 cm on IK0240T

Container Modelling

Problem: Freight quoted per container tells you nothing per unit

How we handle it: 20 ft GP and 40 ft HQ piece counts published per model, from 1700 pcs on IK0240T to 24300 pcs on BS04 and BS18

Mixed Loads

Problem: A mixed container of rackets lamps and plastic swatters is hard to plan blind

How we handle it: Every model page carries its own carton and container figures so a mixed load can be added up in a spreadsheet

Shipping Marks

Problem: Cartons arrive at the DC without the marks the warehouse scans

IK0330T at 2050 g per unit with a 21.5 kg gross carton, loading 1900 pcs into a 20 ft GP.

Are container figures published for every model?

No. The original DANQ data publishes carton and container figures for the models where they were recorded. Where a figure is missing we confirm it before you order rather than estimate it.

Can you change the pieces per carton?

Carton count follows the packing format. Tell us the format you need and we quote the resulting carton size and container loading.

Do you print our shipping marks on the carton?

Yes. Customised carton marking for retail distribution centres is part of the standard OEM offer.
