Key Benefits

What This Unit Does Well

  • EPA II compliant engine reduces smoke emissions and meets export standards in regulated markets
  • Hydrostatic steering allows smooth, precise control in tight field turns and narrow rows
  • Pull-to-lift bonnet gives quick access to engine and hydraulic components for routine checks
  • Reinforced sheet metal construction resists damage from rocks, debris and uneven terrain
  • Spacious cab with combined crystal headlamps and indicators improves visibility and operator comfort
  • Higher PTO power supports efficient operation of heavy implements like mowers, balers and ploughs
  • Low-noise engine reduces operator fatigue during long work shifts
  • Aerodynamic shape improves stability and reduces wind resistance at high speeds
Application Scenarios

Where It Is Used

  • Large-scale crop cultivation on flat to gently rolling farmland requiring consistent pulling power
  • Transporting heavy implements between fields using the tractor's front and rear hitch points
  • Operation in humid or dusty environments where engine reliability and low emissions are critical
  • Fleet operations where multiple tractors need to share service parts and maintenance routines
Fit

Who It Is For

  • Large farm operators managing multiple hectares of row crops or pasture
  • Contract farming companies running seasonal operations across different regions
  • Agri-dealers stocking tractors for resale in Africa, Southeast Asia and South America
  • Government or cooperative procurement teams buying standardized tractors for rural development projects
Buyer Pain

Problems It Solves

  • Tractors with noisy engines that cause operator fatigue and fail local noise regulations
  • High smoke emissions that prevent registration in markets with EPA II or EURO standards
  • Steering systems that require excessive effort in tight turns or on soft soil
  • Inadequate PTO power that limits the range of implements a single tractor can handle
  • Poor access to engine components due to fixed bonnets or cramped service areas
  • Structural weakness in body panels leading to frequent repair costs after field use
Engineering

Technical Features

  • 4WD wheeled tractor with selectable front and rear wheel drive for traction control
  • EPA II standard compliant diesel engine with low noise and high torque output
  • Hydrostatic power steering system for smooth and responsive handling
  • Pull-to-lift bonnet design for easy access to engine, filters and hydraulic units
  • Reinforced sheet metal body construction for durability under heavy field use
  • Spacious operator cab with combined crystal headlamps and indicator lights
  • High PTO power output for efficient operation of power-hungry implements
  • Aerodynamic body shape for improved stability and reduced wind resistance
  • Front and rear hitch points rated for heavy-duty implement attachment

How an Order Is Handled

  • You provide the field size, soil type, and implement types you will use
  • We match a tractor model within the 140-200HP range based on your operational needs
  • You confirm the final spec sheet including cab colour, PTO speed, and hitch configuration
  • We source the unit from the supplier and prepare it for export with pre-shipment checks
  • We book container shipment and provide all export documentation required by your customs
Quality Control

Checks Before Loading

  • Engine serial number and chassis number are photographed and matched to the spec sheet
  • Hydrostatic steering and PTO function are tested before loading
  • Bonnet lift mechanism is checked for smooth operation and secure locking
  • Headlamps and indicators are tested for correct alignment and brightness
  • Paint, glass and body panels are inspected for transport damage at the loading port
Customisation

What Can Be Changed

  • Cab colour other than standard white or grey
  • Front or rear hitch type and mounting configuration
  • Tyre size and tread pattern for specific soil conditions
  • Additional lighting or reflectors for night operation
  • Optional tool box or storage compartment mounted on the frame
Honest Comparison

How It Compares With the Alternatives

2WD tractor4WD provides better traction on soft or sloped terrain but uses more fuel when running on hard surfaces
Mechanical steeringHydrostatic steering reduces operator effort in tight turns but requires regular hydraulic fluid checks
Use Guide

Using It Well

  • Inspect the PTO shaft and universal joints after each heavy implement use
  • Clean the air intake and cooling system after working in dusty or sandy conditions
  • Lubricate the bonnet lift mechanism monthly to prevent binding

Buyer Questions

Questions About This Unit

Are these tractors new or used

All units are new and supplied directly from the manufacturer. We provide chassis numbers and engine hours upon request.

What is the lead time

Stock units can be prepared within 2 weeks. Custom configurations depend on the supplier's production schedule, and we confirm a delivery date in writing with the proforma invoice.

Can you supply spare parts later

Yes. We supply filters, PTO components, hydraulic hoses and engine parts for these tractors. They can be shipped separately or consolidated with the tractor order.

Do you ship by container or RoRo

Tractors are shipped in containers. RoRo is not suitable due to the 4WD design and high ground clearance. We quote container cost and loading method for your review.

What documents do I get for customs

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and a test report for engine emissions are provided. Additional documents can be arranged if required.
