What is the lead time
Units in stock can be loaded within 5 working days. Build-to-order units depend on factory schedule and are confirmed in writing with the proforma invoice.
Can you supply spare parts for this trike later
Yes. We stock common parts such as batteries, motors, tyres, and glass. These can be ordered separately or consolidated with the vehicle shipment.
Do you ship by container or RoRo
The trike is shipped in a container. RoRo is not suitable due to its 3-wheel configuration and low ground clearance.
What documents do I get for customs
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and L6e approval certificate are provided. Additional inspection certificates are available on request.
