Tubes and high voltage capacitors are wear parts. The plant that runs well is the one that decided in advance which types it cannot be without, and put a spare of each on the shelf. Building that list is a short exercise and it changes what a failure costs.

Process

How It Runs From Enquiry to Delivery

List the critical typesWork through the plant and write down the tube and capacitor designations that would stop production if they failed. Most sites find the list is shorter than expected, often under a dozen items.
Check current availabilitySend the list. We reply with what can be quoted now and what needs more notice. Availability differs by type. NOS and discontinued items in particular move.
Agree the holdingDecide which types you hold yourself and which you are content to order when needed. Buying every spare at once is rarely necessary. Knowing which ones are hard to find is.
Schedule repeat supplyRepeat quantities can be scheduled against a maintenance programme rather than ordered one at a time. Scheduling reduces the number of small air freight shipments.
Review after each changeWhen a tube is changed, tell us, and the reserve for that type is replaced. The shelf stays populated without anyone having to remember.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Single pieces for repair work are normal orders, and repeat quantities can be scheduled separately.
