Export Shipping And Documents In Five Steps
Choose the shipping method
Trucks ship by Ro-Ro vessel, bulk ship or 40ft container depending on the destination port and the size of the completed vehicle.
Agree the trade term
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF are all available. The term decides where the responsibility for freight and insurance changes hands.
Pay the deposit
T/T 30% as deposit starts the build. The remaining 70% is due before delivery.
Inspect before the balance
Photos or videos of the finished truck are sent before the balance is paid, and 100% test is carried out before delivery.
Collect the documents
CO, FORM E and FORM P are issued with pre-shipment inspection, which is the paperwork most customs regimes ask for.
