Zinsn produces carbon steel and stainless screws for builders, OEMs and distributors. Heading, rolling, hardening, plating and packing all run under one roof in Haiyan, Zhejiang, and orders ship to more than 50 countries.
Six screw families
Particleboard cabinets, plasterboard walls, steel roofs, timber frames: each family is heat-treated, plated and checked against DIN, ISO or ANSI before packing.

Heading and rolling
Multi-station headers form each head, then rolled threads keep pitch and diameter steady over long runs.
Hardening
Mesh-belt furnaces carburize and quench to the hardness each grade calls for.
Coating
White or yellow zinc, black phosphate, ruspert, Magni or coloured paint, picked for the site conditions.
Checking
Optical sorters, torque rigs and salt-spray cabinets test lots before they leave the line.
Packing
Bulk cartons, brown boxes, tubs or retail packs printed with your own label.
Shipping
FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, with door-to-door help into Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Oceania.
