Industrial fasteners, built precise. Built to last.
Carbon steel and stainless steel screws for construction, fabrication and infrastructure — cold-headed, heat-treated, plated and packed under one roof.
Vertically integrated manufacturing
We don't broker. We build.
Multi-station cold headers, thread rollers, mesh-belt furnaces and plating lines run in our own plant — so the tolerance you specify is the tolerance you get.
Drywall · Chipboard · Self-drilling · Roofing
Six screw families. One quality standard.
From bugle-head drywall screws to EPDM-sealed roofing fasteners — every family is buildable in your sizes, your finish and your packaging.
Product range
Six screw families, engineered for the job site
From wood-frame construction to roofing systems, the catalogue is built for how these fasteners actually get used. Every screw is heat-treated, plated and quality-checked to international standards.

Chipboard Screws
Pozi & Phillips drive, white / yellow zinc, DIN 7505. Optimised for particleboard, MDF and softwood.

Drywall Screws
Bugle head, fine and coarse thread, black phosphate or Magni. Hi-Lo and self-drilling tip variants.

Self-Drilling Screws
Tek screws for sheet metal, hex washer head, EPDM bonded washer. DIN 7504K compliant.

Roofing Screws
Color-matched heads, sealing washer, weather-resistant coatings for steel & metal roof panels.

Self-Tapping Screws
Pan, truss and countersunk heads. Form their own thread in metal, plastic and timber.

About Zinsn
A Shanghai office, a Zhejiang factory, one quality standard
Headquartered in Xuhui District, Shanghai, with manufacturing operations in Haiyan, Zhejiang — at the heart of China's fastener industry — Zinsn combines two decades of metallurgical know-how with a relentless focus on dimensional accuracy and finish quality.
Our integrated facility runs cold-heading, threading, heat-treatment, plating and packaging in-house, so we control every step of the chain, from steel wire to the carton at your dock.

Manufacturing capability
Vertical integration that keeps tolerances tight
Five processes and one continuous chain — which is the whole case for keeping them under one roof.
Cold-heading & threading
Multi-station headers and rolled threads deliver consistent diameter, pitch and head geometry across high-volume runs.
Heat treatment
Mesh-belt furnaces, controlled carburizing and quench cycles give the right hardness and torsional strength for every grade.
Surface finishing
White zinc, yellow zinc, black phosphate, Ruspert, Magni and colour coatings — application-tuned corrosion protection.
In-line QC
Optical sorters, torque testers and salt-spray cabinets inspect every batch before it leaves the line.
OEM packaging
Bulk cartons, brown boxes, plastic tubs or fully branded retail packs — printed in your label, your sizes.
Global logistics
FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, with door-to-door support to Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Oceania.
Industries we supply
Specified by people who can't afford a callback
Each industry brings its own failure modes. These pages set out the problems we are asked to solve and the fasteners that solve them.

Drywall & Interior Fit-Out
Partitions, ceilings and linings — thousands of fixings per floor, and every one has to disappear under filler.

Metal Roofing & Cladding
Every fixing is a deliberate hole in a watertight surface. The fastener has to close it again — for decades.

Steel Stud Framing
Stud to track, track to slab, board to stud — three different fixings that all have to stay below the board line.

Furniture & Joinery
Engineered board is a bonded matrix, not timber. Fasten it like timber and it splits or lets go.
Worldwide reach
Trusted in 50+ countries
From the lumber yards of North America to the construction booms of Latin America and the Middle East, our fasteners support contractors working to tight programmes. Local stocking partners and full container loads — we ship the way that suits your business.

Technical knowledge
Get the specification right before you order
Ten guides written for the person who has to choose the fastener, not sell it.

Fine vs Coarse Thread Drywall Screws: How to Specify Correctly
The single most common drywall fastener error, why it happens, and the two-question test that prevents it.

Why Drywall Screws Have Bugle Heads
A curved head profile that compresses paper instead of cutting it — and what happens when the radius is wrong.

Self-Drilling Screws: Matching Drill Point to Steel Thickness
Point geometry, flute length and the timing problem that decides whether a Tek screw fastens or jacks the sheets apart.
