White fruit corn sweet enough to eat straight off the cob
Pearl White is a white super-sweet corn with a thin skin and 18–24° Brix. Yuyuan grows it on its own Shandong land and exports it fresh, IQF frozen or vacuum-packed.

Why buyers notice it
Most sweet corn is bred for the pot. Pearl White (Shengtian Baizhu) is a fruit corn whose skin breaks as soon as you bite.
Eaten raw
Water-soluble sugar reaches 34.95%, so the kernels taste crisp and juicy uncooked.
Barely any hull
Pericarp residue can be as low as 4.08%; the variety scored 85 in a standard taste panel.
Early crop
Fresh ears are ready in 72–81.6 days, roughly 6.6 days before the control, and the plants resist lodging.
Freezes well
At −35 to −40 °C ice crystals stay below 100 microns, so the kernel keeps its bite after thawing.
