Use Guide
- 1Connect a clean dry air supply at 0.6 MPa or higher and a single phase 220V 50Hz outlet
- 2Load premade pyramid bags with outer dimensions of 90-120 mm in length and 80-100 mm in width
- 3Set seal length to 50, 60, 70, or 80 mm for the bag size you are running
- 4Enter target fill weight between 1 and 10 g and calibrate the electronic scale with your own tea
- 5Run ten sample bags and check weight and seal before starting the batch
- 6Clean the filling hopper between blends to avoid carry-over of aroma

What bag weight range can the C88DX run?
1 to 10 g per bag with an accuracy of +/-0.1 g per bag, set on the electronic scale filler.
How fast does it run?
35 to 55 bags per minute depending on bag size, fill weight, and how free-flowing your blend is.
Can it run biodegradable film?
Yes. It runs PLA corn fibre and 100% biodegradable transparent material as well as nylon, non-woven fabric, and PET.
Do I need an air compressor?
The machine needs an air supply at 0.6 MPa or higher. If your site has no compressed air we can equip the machine with an air compressor.
What power supply does it need?
220V 50Hz single phase, 3 kW motor power. Tell us your destination voltage and we will arrange it before shipment.
How much floor space and lifting capacity do I need?
The machine measures 2000 x 1350 x 2450 mm and weighs 950 kg, so plan the doorway height and forklift access accordingly.
Is the machine certified?
Sengong is certified to ISO and CE. Certificates are sent by email or WhatsApp on request.
