How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the model and how much testing you want. Tell us your target start date on WhatsApp and we will confirm a build and shipping schedule against it.
Can I send my own tea for a trial?
Yes, and we recommend it. A trial run with your own material is the only reliable way to confirm fill accuracy and seal quality before the machine ships.
Do I need compressed air on site?
Several models need an air supply. Where your site has none we can equip the machine with an air compressor. The requirement is listed on each machine page.
What voltage will the machine be wired for?
Tell us the destination and we arrange the supply voltage and plug before shipment.
Can one machine run more than one bag size?
Yes. Bag size is set by the film roll width and the seal length, both of which are adjustable within the range printed on each machine page.
