This results in lower material consumption and a tighter, safer seal. The machine runs on electronic scale filling with 0.1 g accuracy per bag, suitable for fill weights between 1 and 10 g. It is built with SUS304 food-grade stainless steel parts in direct contact with the product and controlled by a PLC system with a human machine interface for easy operation.

Heat Sealing for Coffee and Granule Packaging
The C19D Santos coffee maker package machine uses heat sealing for inner and outer bag packaging of granule coffee and coffee powder. It is suitable for 5 to 15 g per bag.
