What We Collect

This website does not run analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking scripts, and it contains no contact forms. Nothing is collected from you as you browse.

We only hold information you choose to send us directly by email, telephone, WeChat or Skype: the name and company you give us, the contact details you write to us from, and the details of what you are enquiring about.

How We Use It

Enquiry information is used to quote, to issue a proforma invoice, to arrange despatch and to keep in touch about your order. It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.

Where an order requires it, contact and address details are shared with the express company handling the shipment so the goods can be delivered.

Retention and Access

Correspondence and order records are kept for as long as needed to support the commercial relationship and to meet export record-keeping requirements.
