Why This Matters

Most projects here start from an existing platform rather than a blank sheet. That is deliberate: the tooling, the circuit and the certification path are already proven, so the work goes into the parts a buyer actually sees.

Fresh Lemon has integrated development and manufacturing in-house since 2015, which is why a colour, finish or kit-contents change is a conversation rather than a project.

Process

Six Steps From Enquiry To Delivery

Each step has an owner and a written output, which is why a change at step four does not restart the project.

  1. Requirement

    You send the target specification, the price point and the market. We come back with the platforms that already meet it rather than promising a new one.

  2. Specification

    Capacity, ports, output ratings, colour, finish, print method and kit contents are fixed in writing before any sample is cut.

  3. Sampling

    A sample is produced against the agreed specification. Sample cost and timing are agreed by email first.

  4. Approval

    Artwork, colour and packaging are approved in writing. Nothing goes to the line before that.

  5. Production

    Power bank models such as FL-P006 and FL-P010 carry a stated 15 to 20 day production lead time. Speakers including BS100 are quoted at 30 to 40 days.

  6. Shipment

    Loading port is Shenzhen. Your forwarder collects, or we arrange it with ours.

Do you develop completely new tooling?
New tooling is possible but it changes the cost and the timeline substantially. Most customers reach their target faster by modifying an existing platform.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means our design with your brand and specification choices. ODM means we develop to your requirement. Both are quoted per project.
How long does sampling take?
It depends on how far the sample sits from an existing platform. We confirm timing when the specification is agreed.
Is there a development charge?
Sampling and any tooling cost are stated in writing before the project starts.
