Start from the date the product must be in hand

Not the campaign launch - the date stock has to be in your warehouse. Then subtract shipping, then production, then artwork approval. Whatever is left is your decision window, and it is usually shorter than people expect.

Production lead time

FL-P006 and FL-P010 carry a stated production lead time of 15 to 20 days after artwork approval. Speakers such as BS100 are quoted at 30 to 40 days. Confirm the figure for your exact model at quotation.

Artwork approval is the step that slips

Production does not begin until artwork is approved in writing. Building two rounds of proof into the plan costs nothing; discovering you need them after the slot is booked costs the slot.

Choose the model for the print, not only the price
