How many doors do you normally quote for a smart home systems project?
Any quantity. The hotel handle range is described as tiny minimums with no maximums; for other families confirm the figure with our sales team.
Can one model cover every door on the site?
Rarely. Entrance doors, interior doors and back-of-house doors usually need different formats. Send a door schedule and we will map models to it.
Do you supply management software?
A set of hotel management software is supplied with the T2. Other models are managed through the Tuya or TTLock apps.
What do you need from us to quote?
Door thickness, hole size, door material, the platform you standardise on and quantities.
Can we customize the finish?
Yes on several models. OEM and ODM production to customer requirements is accepted; confirm scope before tooling.
