Any feedback from customers is treated as our chance to contiously improve ourself:

1. We will respect each Complaint from customers, and then we will study it to improve ourself.
2. Effective actions will be adopted to solve any problem feedbacked from customers.
3. Upon verification of improvement actions, we will standardize them into ISO9001 quality system for future operation.
