Which stainless steel grades are available
304 or 316 stainless steel be available.
What brushed finishes can I choose
Horizontal grain or vertical grain or non-directional grain be available. A satin finish is also available, which is a more subtle brushed grain compared with the normal #4 brushed grain.
Can you do a gold finish
Yes. PVD coating gold color finishing is more corrosion resistant, has excellent abrasion resistance and is more environmentally friendly. It is available on both brushed and polished stainless steel letters.
What LED components are used
Built-in high quality CE & ROHS & UL-rated LED lights, over 40000 hours, with a MEAN WELL LED driver supplied.
What is the difference between an acrylic face and a resin face
Resin faced letters give much brighter lighting than acrylic, and resin and low profile letters can be thinner than normal channel letters, with a minimum 25mm deep side. Resin letters are usually advised for interior use.
How thin can the strokes be
Our advantage is to fabricate very complicated sign letters including unique design, super-thin strokes, super-small size, special finishing etc. We are also capable of customizing and fabricating super thin and super complicated logo signage.
How are the letters fixed to the wall
Hidden pins or back adhesive tapes and silicone mounting.
What artwork do you need
AI or EPS or Cdr or Pdf format vector file be provided before production.
How long is production and shipping
Stainless steel letters usually 5 to 7 days on production, face lit LED letters usually 7 to 9 days, and PVD gold finishing 7 to 10 days. Shipping is 3 to 5 days on FedEx or DHL door to door express.
How do you pack for export
Plastic film and waxed paper packing on product, pearl cotton and foam between product, and a customized strong crate wooden box for long distance shipping.
