Face Lit LED Sign Letters
Illuminated channel letters with metal returns and an acrylic or resin face, built-in CE ROHS UL rated LEDs over 40000 hours and a MEAN WELL driver. Trimless, low profile and faux neon versions available.

How they are made and finished
- bending the tube into the required shape.
- three sizes of neon tube: 8mm for tight curves such as script lettering, 10mm for most work, and 12mm for larger lettering.
- normally installed interior due to the stroke of the letters
- option 1, individual faux neon LED lettering
- option 2, attach flex neon tubes on one whole piece of clear acrylic backer
- metal return sides and backer, without trim on the face of letters
- can be thinner than normal channel letters, minimum 25mm deep side
- built-in high quality CE & ROHS & UL-rated LED lights,over 40000 hours
- much more brighter lighting on the resin face than acrylic
- MEAN WELL LED driver supplied
- usually advise to be used interior
- metal return sides and backer welded together, or metal return sides and front trim and removable metal backer
