Quality System
We maintain a documented quality management system. The documented procedures define resource management, process control, verification and continuous improvement activities, so that we consistently provide products that meet customer requirements.
The quality system establishes the framework for the design, manufacture and servicing of Prometal products, and for the interaction of the processes required to deliver the intended benefits.
