Mould

FRP Lay-Up
Bodywork is laid up in FRP, the finish used across the carousel, pendulum, samba balloon and race ranges.
Steel Fabrication
Structure, trailer chassis and track are fabricated in steel or galvanised tube and powder coated.
Electrical Build
Drive, control panel and lighting are built to the site voltage specified: 110V, 220V or 380V.
Assembly And Test Run
The unit is assembled and run in the works before break-down.
Packing And Loading
Packed for container or flat rack, with loading photographs sent before departure.
