Everything in these files is taken from the BigJoys product catalogue, and any field the factory does not publish is shown as TBC rather than estimated.

- CE attestations of conformity: issued by product family and sent on request, because which document applies depends on the model you are buying
- The ISO 9001 certificate: sent on request
- Operating manuals: supplied with the ride, with content and language agreed in the sales contract
- Lead times: confirmed in writing against your model and quantity, because the source catalogue does not publish one
- Prices: quoted per order, because the source catalogue publishes none
How To Ask For A Document
Send the ride model or the category. Adding the destination country lets us send the right compliance documentation with it, and adding the quantity lets us send loading options at the same time.

Do I need to register to download these files?
No. Every file on this page is a direct link, and there is no form anywhere on this site.
Are the PDFs the same as the web pages?
Yes. They are generated from the same data file as the pages, so a datasheet and a ride page can never disagree.
Can you send the CE certificate?
Yes, on request. Attestations are issued by product family, so tell us the model and the destination country and the right one is sent.
Why do some specification fields say TBC?
Because the manufacturer's catalogue does not publish a figure for that field on that model. Nothing is estimated to fill the gap.
