Engineering and verification
An R&D team of more than 50 professionals runs product development and design change management, supported by product tooling, process development and verification capability.
A pilot production line designs and manufactures new products, conducts process verification and evaluates performance. An extensive array of optical fiber connector test equipment verifies that products meet GR and IEC standards through comprehensive reliability testing. Collaboration with government entities and educational institutions further supports product development.
Molded parts are verified with three-dimensional measuring equipment and altimeter measuring equipment, and mold injection machines are calibrated for consistent results.
Chain of custody and import compliance
Ensuring a secure chain of custody is non-negotiable. We implement stringent protocols for tracking, documentation and compliance with international trade regulations, safeguarding product integrity from origin to delivery.
Import credentials include certification from the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA). Technology and best practice in coordination management provide transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain.
